Bandhavgarh

Bandhavgarh National Park is in Madhya Pradesh, India. It is one of the few remaining places where tigers still exist in the wild. There are now more tigers in captivity than in the wild. About 30 tigers live in the park which is only just big enough to support this number. Habit loss, conflicts with the villagers and a diminishing prey base mean there is sadly little certainty for the future of the tigers of Bandhavgarh. This image collection is from a recent trip and aims to show the beauty and diversity of the wildlife in the park and why we should care about ensuring its future.
